Avio S.p.A. Web Application
Full-stack development of a high-performance web application for Avio S.p.A.

Avio S.p.A. is a publicly-listed aerospace company based in Rome. At Altura Labs I worked as a Fullstack Developer, building the portal with Nuxt 3 (a Vue.js framework) and Directus as a flexible Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS), alongside a designer and two other developers.
I was personally responsible for the full-stack development of advanced interfaces and key components, including sections like Avio In Short, Our Partners and other core functionalities of the portal.
Nuxt 3 Composition API
Deep, practical experience leveraging the Vue 3 Composition API within the Nuxt ecosystem for highly modular, state-driven (Pinia) frontend development.
Directus (BaaS) Integration
Aggregated dynamic content from a headless Directus CMS, providing the client with maximum flexibility over their text and media structures natively via API.
Extreme SEO & Speed
Contributed to intensive performance optimization and implemented strict SEO best practices to ensure peak speed, server-side rendering execution, and search visibility.

Marketing Event – AlturaLabs, Rome, November 2024
An interesting and thoughtful event about marketing strategies, held in Rome in November 2024 together with the AlturaLabs team. A great opportunity to exchange ideas, guided by Gianluca Diegoli. (I’m the second person from the right, wearing a green sweater).

Key Contributions & Achievements
Built core public sections end to end (Avio In Short, Our Partners and more), from Directus data modeling to the Nuxt UI.
Modeled the content in Directus so the client can edit copy and media on their own, with no developer involvement.
Kept the frontend modular and state-driven (Pinia) so new sections slot in without refactors.
Worked in a 4-person agile team (1 designer, 3 developers), pairing and reviewing to keep delivery aligned.
Tuned performance and SSR/SEO so a public corporate site loads fast and ranks well.
