Shift Scheduler Engine
The problem: staff was planned by hand every week, which meant overlapping shifts and skipped rest days. Instead of pitching a costly dedicated management suite, I chose to build the logic inside the tool the client already used every day. Now the schedule recalculates itself and surfaces conflicts before they ever reach the floor.

The hotel's bar and bistro had no shared picture of who was seated where, and reservations lived on scattered sheets.
