The Challenge
The core challenge was to automate the check-in process and guest communications, which are typically time-consuming for hosts. I built a system that integrates deeply with Channex for channel management and the WhatsApp API for direct guest interaction. The AI agents handle inquiries, provide instructions, and manage the automated check-in flow seamlessly.
