As CTO and co-founder, I own the entire technical architecture of Scout IP. I shaped the system around an LLM pipeline that turns a natural-language query into a semantic search over a large patent corpus, then re-ranks the candidates with dedicated re-ranking models. The decisions I make every day - from embedding choices to the cloud infrastructure that powers long-running asynchronous workflows - define both the precision of the product and its ability to scale.
